The hotel can be easily reached both by a private water taxi, which will bring you in 30 minutes to the docking of the hotel, and using the motorboat shuttle service, which takes about an hour and ten minutes and stops at San Marco (about 100 metres from the hotel). The journey across the lagoon of Venice is very pleasant and interesting from both naturalistic and historic points of view.   Check-in Time 2:00 PM Important - If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior to this check-in time, you will need to book the night prior to the date of arrival as the hotel is not able to organise check-in at such an early hour.   Check-out Time 12:00 PM   Car Parking not available in Venice, only public parking place in Piazzale Roma (the only driving point of the city).   Cancellation Policy If a booking is cancelled 72 hours prior to check in date or less, or if you failed to arrive at your hotel, a cancellation fee equal to 1 (ONE) night's accommodation cost will applies per room booked.   Child Policy up to 2 years old free if sharing the bed with the parents. From 3 to 12 they have a 50% on the extra bed supplement.
