The Palace is perfectly located one block from Saint Mark’s Square nearby all the artistic and cultural sights, facing directly on the “Rio of Palazzo Ducale”, the small canal of famous Bridge of Sighs. All the Hotel rooms, junior suites & suites are furnished in “Impero” style with refined details and offer all the most modern comforts. Lounge Bar opened from 4pm to 00 am for tasting special Cocktails with assorted Canapés and Specialities flambé prepared by our professional Barman. Guests can also spend some pleasant moments during the Tea Time tasting particular blends of tea and typical venetian pastry. BY PLANE : 400 m. outside the arrivals at the MARCO POLO airport of Venice you reach the boat landing. You can take a private watertaxi directly to the Hotel or the ALILAGUNA service as far as Saint Mark?s Square BY PRIVATE WATERTAXI: from Piazzale Roma / Train Station / Airport it is possibile to take a private watertaxi to the Hotel. BY VAPORETTO (waterbus): from Piazzale Roma / Train Station, Vaporetto line N� 1 or N� 82 as far as Rialto Bridge or San Zaccaria . We are just 5 minutes from both boat stops.   Check-in Time 2:00 PM Important - If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior to this check-in time, you will need to book the night prior to the date of arrival as the hotel is not able to organise check-in at such an early hour.   Check-out Time 12:00 PM   Car Parking CAR PARKING IN THE HOTEL NOT AVAILABLE. We suggest either at the Garage Comunale ( at the daily rate of ? 19,00) or at the Garage San Marco ( at the daily rate of ? 26,00 ? there is a possibility to ask for a reduction of 10% in low season and 20% in high season requiring the discount card at the reception).   Cancellation Policy Any amendments and/or cancellations made within 2 days will incur a one nights cancellation fee.   Child Policy 0-2 free when staying with 2 adults 3-12 50% of the adult double rate to be paid on spot.
