By plane From Venice's "Marco Polo" airport: - by private water taxi until the hotel's private landing; - by the shuttle bus "Venezia Air Terminal", which will take you to Piazzale Roma. Cross the new Calatrava bridge, stright away to Lista di Spagna, after 200 meters you will see the hotel. With the Alilaguna motorboat until San Zaccaria; from here with motorboat 1 or 2 to the train station and then right on Lista di Spagna for 200 meters until the hotel.   Check-in Time 2:00 PM Important - If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior to this check-in time, you will need to book the night prior to the date of arrival as the hotel is not able to organise check-in at such an early hour.   Check-out Time 12:00 PM   Car Parking Not available on venice island.
